In this three-hour workshop we will slow down and let go of expectations. Using knitting exercises, we will really feel our bodies and minds. Through these questions and exercises, we will be guided to rediscover the joy of learning something new and to be gentle with ourselves.

This is an invitation to explore the playful creativity that we all possess in a safe space and is, most of all, a reminder that knitting is fun!
