A fun knit in July last year. I used 2 skeins of MadTosh Best Day of the Year and 1 skein of Bluesteau which I introduced early when I realized I didn’t have enough 🧶 This was my first yarn I dyed with Susan. I called the yarn Monique because it reminded me of Monique from the Kootenays. The pattern is Maryanne’s Shawl. I won at Yarn Chicken with 30 inches to spare!!!

This shawl is based on a Ruana pattern by Cheryl Oberle.
Each row is a different shade (break yarn at end of each row – this forms the fringe)

This is one of my COVID 19 projects. The pattern is Glenallen by Dee O’Keefe. The yarn is 4 balls of Scheepjes Metropolis Fingering. This project took 1 month to knit. I love the Art Deco design.
The V-Back Tee. Made with leftover and stash fingering merino. The pattern was purchased on Ravelry. Three of the yarns are from Riverstone Yarns. The others I have had for a number of years. This is one top down sweater I will make again.
Be the Butterfly mitten kits were supposed to be making their debut at Fibres West this spring. With all of the fibre festival cancellations, I decided to list the pattern for free on Ravelry for everyone to enjoy. This is an original pattern by me knit with hand dyed yarn.
